Thank you for considering donating your medal(s) to Medals4Mettle. Please download and complete our Legacy Medal Donation Form and send it in with your medal to our corporate address listed on the form, or to a regional address listed on the Contacts page of this site. If you choose to, you can fill out some info about where the medal is from to offer the recipient a brief history of the medal he or she receives. However, this is completely optional and your donation will be appreciated regardless!

Note: If you have an individual or a cause to which you want to gift your medal, please indicate it on the form. Likewise, if you are the sponsor of a race and have unclaimed medals after your event that you would like to donate, please indicate what event they are from. Thank you for your donation.

Or, for $15 more, get a Medals 4 Mettle t-shirt! Donations of $30 or more receive a shirt and ribbon to keep for yourself or give to give to a deserving recipient.

Each ribbon comes complete with a clasp to attach your medal. Please Note: medal not included with ribbon.

If donating $30 or more, please list the t-shirt size (XS, S, M, L, XL) desired in the Paypal memo box.
